answer : Verbal phrase is a phrase with the result of a combination of herbs object or modifier. 
example : 
Gerund pharase 
  • Walking on the beach may be fun in the winter.
  • Getting the best score in math was easy for you.
  • My dream is to visit the country with my family.
  • I eat sweet potatoes and drink soy milk almost every day to stabilize my hormones.
  • The man watching the football match is my uncle.
  • The girl advised by the traffic policeman looked so embarrassed.
2. Tenses (jelaskan bagian tenses dan contoh) ?
Answer :
1.      Simple Present Tense (S + V-1)
Tense is to state the facts, habits, and events that occur at the present time.
Example : We agree with the speaker’s opinion
2.      Present Continuous Tense (S + am/is/are + present participle)
Tense is to discuss the ongoing action now or in the future plans.
Example : I’m driving a car to Bandung now.
3.      Present Perfect Tense (S + have/has + past participle)
This tense is used to express an activity or situation that has started in the past and has been completed at a given point in time in the past or still continues today.
Example : I have lived in Cilegon for 3 months.
4.      Present Perfect Continuous Tense (S + have/has + been + present participle)
Tense is to reveal the action that has been completed at some point in the past or the action has been initiated in the past and continues to the present.
Example : The toddlers have been playing a ball for an hour.
5.      Simple Past Tense (S + V-2)
This tense to indicate that an event occurred in the past.
Example : The party started at 10.00 a.m.
6.      Past Continuous Tense (S + was/were + present participle)
This tense is used to express that an action is happening at a particular time in the past.
Example : The team was playing basketball all day yesterday.
7.      Past Perfect Tense (S + had + past participle)
Tense is to declare that an action has been completed at some point in the past before another action occurs.
Example : When he came last night, the cake had run out.
8.      Past Perfect Continuous Tense (S + had + been + present participle)
This tense is used to express an action (with certain time duration) has been completed at a particular point in time in the past.
Example : The labors had been demonstrating for an hour when the manager came.
9.      Simple Future Tense (S + will + bare infinitive atau S + be (is/am/are) + going to + bare infinitive)
Tense is to declare that the action takes place in the future, spontaneous or planned
Example : You will win the game.
10.  Future Continuous Tense (S + will + be + present participle)
Tense is to reveal the action that will be taking place at a certain time in the future.
Example : He will be sleeping at 10 p.m.
11.  Future Perfect Tense (S + will + have + past participle)
Tense is to reveal that an activity will have finished at a point in time in the future.
Example : At this time next month, I’ll have finished my English course.
12.  Future Perfect Continuous Tense (S + will + have + been + present participle)
This tense to express that an action would have been going on for so long at a particular time point in the future.
Example : The cat will have been sleeping long when you get home.
13.  Simple Past Future Tense (S + would + bare infinitive)
This tense to express an action to be performed, make predictions, and make an appointment in the future at the moment is in the past.
Example : He would forgive you.
14.  Past Future Continuous Tense (S + would + be + present participle)
This tense to talk about an action that will be taking place (in the form of a prediction / plans) in the future at the moment is in the past.
Example : She would be working at nine o’clock this morning.
15.  Past Future Perfect Tense (S + would + have + past participle)
This tense to talk about an action that would have been done in the past.
Example : I thought you would have slept by the time I arrived.
16.  Past Future Perfect Continuous Tense (S + would + have + been + present participle)
Similar to the future perfect continuous tense, but the realization of the actions taken can be known now as the action happened in the past.
Example : He would have been working as a civil engineer in Jakarta by the end of this week last month.

Answer : Subject-verb agreement is a correspondence between the verb (verb) with the subject line in terms of number, namely: singular (singular) or plural (plural). Subjects can be either a noun (noun), a pronoun (pronoun), or other constructions acting as a noun, such as the gerund and infinitive. Basically, singular subject (single subject) using a singular verb (singular verb), whereas the plural subject (subject plural) using a plural verb (verb plural).
Example :
Subject-Verb Agreement [subject= bold; verb= italic]:
·         The sun rises. (Matahari terbit.)
·         The stars shine. (Bintang bersinar.)
·         Leo rarely eats white bread. (Leo jarang makan roti putih.)

Subject-Verb Agreement [subject= bold; verb= italic; helping verb= underline]:

·         My boss always comes on time.

·         They like eating out

·         I do submit the task

·         The manager has checked the documents

·         will have been sleeping for an hour when you arrive.

Subject-Verb Agreement [subject= bold; linking verb= italic]:

·         Ricky is smart

·         The children are naughty

·         I was a stamp collector

·         My books were borrowed by him
